Shipping

We currently deliver only to valid addresses within the United States.

Free standard shipping is provided on eligible U.S. orders.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. After the carrier receives the package, standard transit normally takes approximately 4–6 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, peak shipping periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A tracking number is provided after shipment. Tracking information may take a short period of time to become active in the carrier's system.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

You may request cancellation before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests and subsequent return or refund requests will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Eligible items may generally be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery without providing a reason, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our Refund Policy.

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days after issuance, subject to financial-institution processing times.
